F-35 Student Dormitory II
F-35 Student Dormitory II
Project summary :
WGI built this new three-story building with 144 two-person student housing room modules for 288 students. The building was designed to provide unaccompanied enlisted personnel with housing conducive to their proper rest, relaxation and personal well-being while providing a suitable study environment. We accomplished this using a steel structure with composite floors, concrete masonry & metal stud walls, split-face masonry and brick veneer on exterior, andva standing seam metal roof.
Features of the facility include laundry room on each floor, training offices, and multi-purpose areas (day room) on the second and third floors. Site work included parking areas, sidewalks, and landscaping.
