P-317 Dining Facility Replacement
Project summary :
We built this dining facility for students and other patrons using concrete masonry unit wall construction with brick veneer and split face concrete masonry unit veneer, as well as a standing seam metal roof system. The project included construction of: covered entry canopy, new parking lot for 80 vehicles, loading dock, dining terrace and mustering area for 60 patrons, and a full commercial kitchen.
We included sustainable design features to minimize energy consumption, conserve resources, minimize adverse effects to the environment, and improve occupant productivity, health, and comfort—while also reducing the total cost of ownership of the project. The project was USGBC LEED-NC Certified Silver.
