Project summary :
As travel to Northwest Florida continues to expand, ECP realized it was time to expand its parking capacity. In order to save the client money, we utilized a process called ODP, for Owner Direct Purchasing. This allows local governments or nonprofit organizations to purchase materials directly from the supplier without the addition of sales tax. In total we added 500+ parking spots including a new surface lot plus additional spaces in existing long-term and employee parking, the cell phone lot, overflow parking, and more.
