Project summary :
We provided construction management for the Garden Gateway Building, a 45,000-square-foot building located in the Aragon neighborhood of the Seville Historic District in downtown Pensacola. The facility offers leasable office space and serves as the regional office for ServisFirst Bank. The building serves as an impressive gateway to downtown Pensacola, greeting visitors arriving from Garden Street from the I-110 downtown exit. The building was constructed using concrete masonry, steel structure with composite floors, and a brick veneer exterior finish.
