Project summary :
We built this medical office building for two separate tenants with a shared drop-off. Designed to meet or exceed City of Gulf Breeze standards, we built this steel structure with metal stud walls, brick veneer, and EIFS exterior. Site work included parking, sidewalks, landscaping, and an underground storm water exfiltration system.
